Describing Movement is Tough - Here is some Help.

Through out the book I reference and describe various movements and games.  Here are videos that will help you understand what the words are trying to describe.

Paper Plate Primary

The paper plates become the focus of the pattern and the movement (thus taking the pressure off of the person) as we use paper plates to move to music in Primary.  Think of adapting some of these movements and patterns to songs you will be teaching this year.  Make up some patterns of your own.
